AMISTÀ VERMOUTH
The ideal balance between red wine and traditional aromatic herbs. A vermouth with marked personality and elegant flavors capable of expressing its best no matter how it is served, whether in cocktails, neat, or as the perfect food pairing.
Production Method: An infusion of wormwood, the primary ingredient, herbs, spices, yarrow flower, chamomile, and sage is prepared using a distillate.
Cardamon, chicory, vanilla, angelica root, and cinnamon ate used to complete die unguarie profile. The infusion is then blended into the wine, which is vinified in cement.
Sugar and alcohol are added in accordance with the rules for vermouth production.
Tasting Note:
Balanced on the nose with restrained sugar that complements the freshness of the wine and the slightly bitter notes of the botanicals.
The fruity notes of the wine combine with the bitter orange zest and a spiced background of cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves.
These are followed by floral notes of chamomile and red rose, with slightly bitter finish of gentian root and quinine.
