Tasting Note : Pale straw yellow, with elegant ripe pear, golden apple and a delicate floral not, mineral hints that speak to the clay-rich soil of the terroir.

A soft entry with a crisp structure and pleasant body. Well-integrated acidity, lingering finish with a characteristic savouriness from the terroir.

酒評：呈現稻草黃色，帶有優雅熟梨、黃蘋果及細緻花香，隱約透出淡淡礦物氣息，富含粘土和風土環境的特色。

入口溫和順滑，隨之酸爽的結構，尾韻悠長，帶有產區特有的鮮美微鹹感

Winemaking : Brief skin contact to draw out color and varietal character without weighing down the structure. Gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation then aging in stainless steel oak to preserve freshness.

釀造工藝：透過短暫浸皮（Skin contact）提取顏色及葡萄特質。採用輕柔壓榨及控溫不鏽鋼桶發酵陳釀，以保持最完美新鮮度。
