VINEYARDS: The vineyards are located in the Soave DOC area, renowned for its volcanic soils rich in minerals, which contribute to the wine's vibrant acidity and unique minerality. The vines benefit from a mild climate with cool breezes from the Alps, ideal for producing fresh, aromatic wines.

WINEMAKING:Hand-harvested grapes are softly pressed, and the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the fresh, fruity aromas. The wine is aged on fine lees for several months to enhance complexity and texture before bottling.

TASTING NOTE: Delicate aromas of white peach, apricot, and citrus, with floral notes of chamomile and a touch of almond. The palate is fresh and elegant, with a balanced acidity and a lingering mineral finish.
