WINEMAKING: Hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed, with the juice fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the delicate aromatics. The wine is aged briefly on fine lees to enhance texture and complexity before bottling.

TASTING NOTE: Bright and aromatic, with notes of green apple, pear, and citrus fruits, complemented by hints of white flowers and a touch of minerality. The palate is light, crisp, and refreshing, with a clean, zesty finish.
